Step 1: Contact your Primary Care Manager (PCM) and ask about the MyVACC in home Massage Therapy program.
Step 2: Complete the enrollment steps provided by your PCM.
Step 3: Request your in home massage treatments with E'Lay Massage. Provide PCM with this NPI Number: NPI-1538937297
Step 4: Once I receive your authorization, I will contact you to make first appointment for your massage!
