Thank you for your interest in booking a massage with E'Lay Massage. All request booked here are for a Mobile Massage session, meaning I will come to your location to provide your massage. Please beware of the following booking & refund policy:

>  At time of booking there is a booking fee of either 50% upfront or you may pay the full amount.

>  All booking request must be booked online.

> There will be a convenience fee of $3.85 for your booking.

> If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment time, then a full refund can be requested.

> If you do not cancel at a minimum of 24hrs in advance then you will be charged the full amount for the service.

> Rebooking is only allowed in person after your first appointment session has been completed.
