Thank you for your interest in booking a massage treatment with E'Lay Massage. Please beware of the following booking & refund rules:
- At time of booking there is a booking fee of either 50% upfront or you may pay the full amount upfront.
- All booking request must be booked online.
- There will be a convenience fee of $3.85 for your booking.
- If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment time, then a full refund can be requested.
- If you do not cancel at a minimum of 24hrs in advance then you will be charged the full amount for the service.
- Rebooking is only allowed in person after your appointment treatment session has been completed.
