Please review the following terms and conditions before booking services with E’Lay Massage. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the policies listed below.
All appointments booked through E’Lay Massage are for mobile massage therapy services. This means the massage therapist will travel to your approved home, hotel, office, event location, or designated service address.
All appointment requests must be booked online. A booking fee of 50% upfront is required at the time of booking, or clients may choose to pay the full service amount in advance. A convenience fee may apply to online bookings.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in the full service amount being charged.
Clients who are unavailable, do not respond, or fail to provide access to the service location at the scheduled appointment time may be considered a no-show and may be charged the full service amount.
Rebooking is available in person after the first completed appointment session. Future appointment availability is not guaranteed and is subject to scheduling availability.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service location details, and disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, surgeries, medications, or contraindications before receiving services.
Mobile massage services require a clean, safe, and appropriate environment with adequate space for the massage table and treatment setup. E’Lay Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, inappropriate, or not conducive to professional massage therapy.
E’Lay Massage maintains a professional therapeutic environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, language, requests, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
E’Lay Massage serves Leesburg, The Villages, Lady Lake, Fruitland Park, Wildwood, Ocala, Eustis, and surrounding Central Florida areas. Service availability may vary by location and travel distance.
E’Lay Massage may accept HSA and FSA payments for eligible massage therapy services. Eligibility and reimbursement are determined by the client’s individual plan provider. E’Lay Massage does not guarantee HSA/FSA reimbursement.
Services, pricing, availability, service areas, fees, and policies may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
